apushms Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 New headquarters located in Buffalo ... there is only one answer - LABATT's BLUE
buckeyebrian Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 Where's the love for Genny Cream Ale ??? C'mon all you Western New Yorkers ...fess up... My favorite beer is when some one else buys.... I'll go with Guinness... Had to get to page 3 of this thread before Jenny Cream came up! Course, being 18 at the time our beer palates were still immature, but the memories are what's great.
Taro T Posted January 26, 2007 Report Posted January 26, 2007 Normal game watching beer to drink: Blue or Blue Light. Going "upscale": Sierra Nevada Pale Ale On those far too rare times I head up to the 51st state (Sorry Rabbit and Apus, I couldn't resist. ;) ) It's Molson Stock Ale. Nothing cooler in this world than when the chick at the magic microphone in the Beer Store calls out 2 2-4's Stock Ale and they magically appear from behind the plastic curtain. I really need to get me one of those microphones. :D
IKnowPhysics Posted January 26, 2007 Report Posted January 26, 2007 Blue's about $1/bottle in Wisconsin; Molson's unheard of. I'll drink Blue for special hockey occaisions. But there's plenty of great Wisconsin-born beer on tap to make up for the loss.
Duck Farcey Tucker Posted January 26, 2007 Report Posted January 26, 2007 Beer snobs...The whole lot of ya.
