Goodfella25 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Forget about moving Marty, MOVE KALININ!!!!!!! Outshout 7-1. October seems awfully far away. Yea way to go Kalinin, thanks for taking a dumb penalty too.
JujuFish Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Nice offside goal there, Boston. :censored:
Bmwolf21 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Great penalty by Kalinin...<_< Great work on the offsides by the linesman...<_< :censored: NHL officials...
Sabretooth73 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 here we F-ing go again, cant hang onto a lead, especially against a crap team and at HOME! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
smith Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Dear Dimitri, Jump off of the fuggin roof. Dear Linesmen, Follow # 45.
Crestwood Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 The Bruins should send the linesmen some flowers for that one. Kalinin has been awful but Lydman has been a machine tonight. SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRE!
JujuFish Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 YES. Nice revenge for Monday, scoring in that waning seconds of the first!
Crestwood Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Still too many turnovers, but the way the Sabres have been playing lately, that was one solid period. Let's hope they can keep it up for the rest of the game and beyond...
JujuFish Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 here we F-ing go again, cant hang onto a lead, especially against a crap team and at HOME! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I disagree. Boston isn't a "crap team". They're three games above .500. In fact, everyone in the division has a winning record.
LabattBlue Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Good...3 goals scored in one period & they are ahead on the scoreboard. Bad...Horrible play in their own end ALL period resulting in numerous chances for Boston. Once again a lackluster start where they couldn't get out of their own way for the first 10 minutes of the game.
Corp000085 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 holy novotny. he's actually in the play on the new line. Keep up the good work sabres... and please kill off kalinin, but do it somewhere other than on your new locker room carpet. What a tool that guy is. Also, did you see numminen attempt an afinogenov sidestep move? its only a one goal lead, but this team is clicking tonight
blugold43 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 lol  ..."mr. yelling-SHOOT-on-the-power-play guy" commercial.... one of the few attempts at humor by WGR that i actually found humorous!
Doohicksie Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 If you woulda told me they'd be ahead by a goal after the first, I would take it, no questions asked. They have "room to grow" but at least they have some jump to them tonight. The line shuffle looks successful so far.
Sabretooth73 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 some more humor on wgr was after the bills bears game on the whiner line some dude called in making fun of the "dick jauron has got it going on" song, and sang "bills fans cant you see we'r down by 33, lets hold our heads in shame, and when is the next sabres game" =instant classic in my book
X. Benedict Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Great backcheck by Roy saved a goal. Wow.
Bmwolf21 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Keep on rollin', Dmitri... Been a while since I saw a goalie called for knocking the net off the moorings...
Corp000085 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 kotalik just layed the body down... then he forced a penalty. must be pissed that his goal was stolen by paille earlier. GREAT start to the period! by the way, the chatroom finally opened in my other tab if anyone's interested...
Crestwood Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 No score, but another fine powerplay.
X. Benedict Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 No score, but another fine powerplay. things are looking a lot more crisp.
Corp000085 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 another sabres PP lorentz just mentioned how great the PP was with connolly and how bad it got when he was out. Maybe a little feeler thrown out by an insider??
Crestwood Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Boy, the refs are letting it get a little chippy out there...
JujuFish Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Jeez, how was that not a penalty for taking down Paille?
