Prisons need to be a living hell so criminals NEVER want to go back. Story It's sad to say, but for some people it's the best option to go to prison so they can get shelter and food.

"Apparently he robbed a bank in Fresno, California, 10 years ago, was sentenced to 70 months in a federal penitentiary in Phoenix and he enjoyed his time there." Wow, that must have been one hell of a prison.
