deluca67 Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 Out in the car and trying to follow the draft is impossible. WGR might as well have sent out Shredd and Reagan on the air waves. God forbid they do any homework on the draft at all. What are the chances of Buffalo ever getting a Sports Station like WNSA again? A sports station that really talks sports with hosts who are interested in sports. Would be a nice change.
PTS Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 What are you talking about? I think the coverage has been great.
deluca67 Posted July 30, 2005 Author Report Posted July 30, 2005 What are you talking about? I think the coverage has been great. Really? What has been "great" about it? What did you like best? The lack of information? The lack of general hockey knowledge? Or was it the 20 minutes they spent mispronouncing names of the draftees? They had no idea what was going on at the draft. What's the point of having Paul Hamilton at the draft if he wasn't going to be a bigger part of the show. He could have watched on MSG and phoned in. If you're going to be the "Sabre Station" then show some dedication. I hope this not the level of respect they plan on giving the Sabres and the fans the rest of the year. If so, I better get a stronger radio so I can pick up the FAN out of Toronto. It will be nice to hear some actual hockey talk.
ricogarion Posted July 31, 2005 Report Posted July 31, 2005 I agree wholeheartedly our minor league sports radio station was so bad I turned off the blasted program in frustration. Thanks DeLuca for having the nerve to tell it how it is.WNSA is sorely missed and thats a fact!
