Smitheo Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 I'm going to be in DC for the Caps game on April 7th and was wondering if any of you DC folks could offer some advice about the best way to get tickets. Ticketmaster is showing full price seats in Row D of section 121 for $90. I'd love to be in Section 101 behind the Sabres bench but of course ticketbastards won't let you get any other seats. Thanks!

Ebay. StubHub. Try those. Edit - I did the hard work for you: Section 101, just like you asked for!
All Along The Watchtower Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 Also, try craigslist...always tickets on that site...maybe not this early, however.
Allan in MD Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 The New York State Society, in DC, has a group offer they negotiated with the Caps for the April 7 game. I don't know if the seats are any good but they are at a reduced price. Go to www.nyss-washdc.org to order tickests.

plenzmd1 Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 http://www.capstickets.com/saap7th1pmbu3.html Have been to alot of Sabres -Caps games, always scalp before the game. Get there early, stand next to the escalter leading up from the Metro, someone will prolly give ya a single. Do not buy from a pro, lots of regualr people just looking to dump extras.
Tarrytown Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 can't you just call ticketmaster and tell them what section you want? or go to a ticketmaster location and talk to them...I know its old fashioned but its amazing what you can do when you talk to a live person.
