Stoner Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 I'd really like to see the old flashing light come back into style.
Orange Seats Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 I like the solid light... but the only appropriate post-goal sound is a train horn... none of the sirens or other crap that some arenas use.
Columbus_Sabre_Fan Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 i prefer the red light district. oh wait, we are talking about hockey. my B
Saber61 Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 i prefer the red turning light.... the one like used on the old style police cars... and i do enjoy the sirens that go with the goal horn... but not to the extent of the washington capitals goal horn.
fushetti Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 i prefer the red turning light.... the one like used on the old style police cars... and i do enjoy the sirens that go with the goal horn... but not to the extent of the washington capitals goal horn. The caps have always employed the police car siren. I hate that. The caps suck anyway... I'm a huge fan of the red turning light. At least once per game after a Sabre scored at the Aud, the camera would show the red light turning. Bring back the turning red goal light dammit!
Orange Seats Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 Does anyone know if the post-goal train horn currently used in HSBC is the same one from the Aud?
Mr.Christopher Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 The red turning light is nice. I agree that the Caps horn and siren sounds like garbage.
bob_sauve28 Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 I'd really like to see the old flashing light come back into style. I don't remeber what rink it use to be but they use to use an old air raid siren when a goal was scored. That was cool
