All Along The Watchtower Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 Capitals Notes: Hundreds, if not thousands, of Sabres fans made their presence known among the crowd of 17,162 with chants of "Let's go Buff-a-lo!" filling the building during warmups. Signs supporting the Sabres were posted along the glass. Post article
SDS Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 Hundreds? Ummmm, I would say 30% as an estimate. That isn't close to hundreds and it was well into the thousands.

Orange Seats Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 There is an amazing WNY Mafia in DC. It seems every 10th person you meet is from WNY. How many commemorative glasses did you throw at infants?
Two or less Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 It was definetly awesome. People said they were disappointed at our chants not being that loud, but we were down many times. When it was 5-3, the arena was ROCKING with Buffalo chants. That one chant felt like HSBC Arena for real. If Sabres had somehow won that game, in the 3rd or OT, that place would have been a zoo!
