bob_sauve28 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Yeah, one of the worst periods all year. And its still 1-1! Sorry, had to post something about the 'bright side' :D
hopeleslyobvious Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 And its still 1-1! Sorry, had to post something about the 'bright side' :D Miller looked good too.
bob_sauve28 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Miller looked good too. He sure does! And really, so does Emery, when we tested him anyway he did
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 There you go, everyone who said no one responded to the hit on gaustad last night ... Pommer responds after Hecht gets hit and it costs them a goal.
eball Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 What's up with Max throwing his body around? Maybe it wakes these guys up (if he doesn't re-injure his shoulder).
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 They look like they just want to go home.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 is hecht back?? havent seen him
eball Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Whatever happens...hell of a penalty kill there.
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Well gotta give them credit for that kill ... Miller was GREAT, but the guys out there did a good job too ... still gives them a chance to steal a point tonight. Hecht took a shoulder right off his jaw ... he seemed coherent but ... concussion? broken jaw? who knows, he got popped. Hecht is back ...whew ... Ales Kotalik ... favorite musician ... 50 cent! Who knew?!?
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 PP with 8:51 or something left ... gotta get one here ...
Corp000085 Posted November 19, 2006 Author Report Posted November 19, 2006 this game could swing on one shot... time to bury it here on the PP. 3-1... i know we're 15-2-1 or whatever, but this buffalo team is broken at the moment. whether its the injuries or the schedule, we need a change of pace.
mrjsbu96 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 best line of the week came from Pierre McGuire of TSN when they did the game the other night while talking about injuries to Talinder and Lydman - let's see how well Toronto does without Kaberle and McCabe... I think maybe the injuries are catching up...
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Game over. I'm just gonna forget this one ever happened .. not worth getting upset about ... the legs were not there.
MBD Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Looks like the Sens are this years Lightning for the Sabres.
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 3-1... i know we're 15-2-1 or whatever, but this buffalo team is broken at the moment. whether its the injuries or the schedule, we need a change of pace. At least you're not overreacting ... did you think they were going to win 9 of every 10? Lindy will give 'em hell, even if he doesn't do it publicly ... They will be fine ... Miller deserved better than 4 against tonight, though.
Saudi Arabia Rob Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Ouch...it seems like the Sens took one right from the Sabre's playbook with that one. Looks like the next week or so will be a rough stretch. Good thing all those points were banked earlier.
jayg Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Ugly game. :censored: :censored: :censored:
Kristian Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 At least you're not overreacting ... did you think they were going to win 9 of every 10? Lindy will give 'em hell, even if he doesn't do it publicly ... They will be fine ... Miller deserved better than 4 against tonight, though. I don't think anyone expected them them to go 82-0, but tonight they just didn't bother showing up. Now, I'm relatively ok with that fiven the current record and time of the season, but I'd still like to see them play 60 minutes of hockey just once this year. You know, just to see if they're capable, cause they haven't been so far. Anyway, tonight was 2003-2004 revisited. I guess we were due.
hopeleslyobvious Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Looks like the Sens are this years Lightning for the Sabres. Didn't we sweep the Lightning last year?
