DWarner Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 is miller on the bench? i missed the beginning.
hopeleslyobvious Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 How was that not interference on Crosby?
wjag Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Haven't seen a picture of the bench. Miller is suppose to be there.
smith Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 so does TSN just not want us to see the score or how much time is left?? hopefully this isn't just my TV, and i have to edit...
Corp000085 Posted November 18, 2006 Author Report Posted November 18, 2006 so does TSN just not want us to see the score or how much time is left?? hopefully this isn't just my TV, and i have to edit... something's messed up with the cameras... good period by the sabres.. too many penalties at the end, but they played very well killing those penalties and at even strength. nice to see the PP clicking too.. oh and the white mask and people getting pissed at marty must be working. that was one hell of a spectacular save.
wjag Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 We are a much better team with Max in there. He is freezing Pitt defenders when he skates in their zone.
wjag Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Out of no where great pressure.. Vanek gets his 13th Buffalo:   Pittsburgh: Nice. Pitt has owned this period up to that point
wjag Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Drury off the schneid.. Makes Crosby pay for a bad penalty Buffalo:    Pittsburgh Two goals when Pitt has owned the period.. Nice.... Crosby beats Campbell then Biron. Buffalo:    Pittsburgh: :death: Crosby earned that one
bob_sauve28 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Damn, I admit it, I was thinking shut out :bag:
hopeleslyobvious Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Damn, I admit it, I was thinking shut out :bag: Eh, he's still having a solid night.
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 According to Healey, Miller IS indeed the backup tonight.
bob_sauve28 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Eh, he's still having a solid night. Yes he is. If we do trade him we better get something VERY good in return. He is a well above average goalie. I'd hate the idea of trading him, because it would make us a Ryan Miller injury away from disaster, but with the team being this close to the cap I wouldn't be surprised
mphs mike Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Injuries or not, I don't see how Pittsburgh has the talent to steal this game. Sabres 3, Pens 1. At the end of two. I have an idea - we had a one goal lead after one, a two goal lead after two, how about a three goal lead after three?
Strow Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 why does card only have 39 seconds of ice time and wjag I love the  and :death:
mphs mike Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Your comments on the backup goalie are interesting. I'm listening to the 'burgh broadcast on XM and they said Dennis was the backup in the pregame.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 why does card only have 39 seconds of ice time and wjag I love the  and :death: dont really understand why Card is even up if hes not going to play more than a few token minutes
DWarner Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Didn't Card have like 7 min vs. Philly? Seems like he and his mop were in my face all game. His TOI has been decreasing ever since.
McJeff215 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 I can't take this play by play duo much longer....
DR HOLLIDAY Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Sabres are playing more attention to playing better overall defense, this is a good thing............
wjag Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Playing 6 on 5.. Crosby pushes rebound past biron Buffalo:    Pittsburgh: :death: :death: hang on guys.. hang on
BetweenThePipes00 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Way to get back on the empty netter Crosby ... and recchi ... and gonchar ...
DR HOLLIDAY Posted November 18, 2006 Report Posted November 18, 2006 Playing 6-5.. Crosby pushes rebound past biron Buffalo:    Pittsburgh: :death: :death: hang on guys.. hang on empty net, job done, win #16.............
