The rest of the league is figuring it out. Attrit the Sabres one per game and that will stop them. Who the heck is next? I've got that deja vu feeling...

If there is any game to play 2 rookie D-man, it's this one. I wonder what the defense pairings will be? I'm thinking that Card will see limited action, like they did originally when Paetsch got in the line-up.

Lindy said the pairings will be Soupy-Spacek, Teppo-Tri, Paetsch-Card.

1. To lose (personnel, for example) by attrition.

2. To destroy or kill (troops, for example) by use of firepower: "Pro-active counterattacks are a useful way to attrit the enemy" John H. Cushman, Jr.

I believe the plan will be to limit their time.

Yeah I understand that. They played last night and traveled last night. Don't really know what else you can do. It just scares the bajeebees out me to see that on paper.

I think I read somewhere that FUNK and SEKERA are both injured. They would have been called up before CARD.

He played ok in his small amount of time. But yeah, get a haircut!!

That would be the easiest way to control their ice time and limit his exposure.
