ncsabre Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 I just check the the HD Net schedule and they have added the Thrashers at Sabres games tomorrow night. I sure hope it's the MSG feed. Out of ten games so far I think I have watched one game with our announcers..Heck I dont care it's in HD baby.. http://www.hd.net/nhlinhd.html
BuffalOhio Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Awesome! I can miss RJ for the HD feed. It will be HDNet broadcasting, I believe. They don't pick up other networks' feeds. They make their own. mmmmmm, HD. HD>SD
ncsabre Posted October 27, 2006 Author Report Posted October 27, 2006 Didn't know that about that HD Net has thier own annoucers. I will keep the MSG feed on the other tuner and when Buffalo scores rewind it back and watch it again. Ever since I went to HD a few yrs back, I just hate watching anything in SD form. Waiting for the day when everything is in HD...

SabreStooge Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 A bit of history... On 10/27/98 the first NHL game was broadcast in HD. The Rangers and the Sabres played to a scoreless tie. The night's highlight was Paul Kruse rocking and rolling with Darren Langdon.

theesir Posted October 28, 2006 Report Posted October 28, 2006 I'm nervous, finally a Sabes game in HD, but will it be blacked out on HDNET locally because MSG has local broadcast rights?
