mackey7789 Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 I live in Syracuse and i know that the game is a Non-TV game on MSG. Will this game be blacked out on NHL center ice as well? The Hurricanes game earlier in the year was not blacked out, but the last non-TV game vs. Washington was blacked out. What is the deal for tomorrow night? Also - if this is blacked out on Center ice where can i drive in the state to get it?? Whenever the Bills are blacked out i drive to Watertown and its out of the blackout area - does this hold true for Center Ice?

The game is listed on Centre Ice in-Demand (US cable) as being shown on TSN (this is a national game in Canada). You should be able to get it. NFL blackout rules don't apply to the NHL.
DoctorDeadly Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 I have Center Ice package also, and I'm worried we won't get it, because they are clueless their. Last game they told me that the game was being shown in your area from local tv, but told them that's wrong. I found out that other people not in the area was able to watch it on Center Ice package. I might call tomorrow and hopefully be able to talk to someone about this that know's what is going on. It's all because there was never a contract deal signed before the schedule was done. Now we suffer, we used to always get the other cities feed when we didn't have it on here.
GGM Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 Living in Buffalo, I'm wondering if it will be worth a trip to a local bar or not. Anyone know whether the non-TV games have been shown at local refreshment service establishments?
