To the A-Holes who ignored the driving ban on Hertel Avenue and didn't care that myself and others were trying to walk to one of the few open stores to get some essentials. I appreciate the 3-4 extra pounds of slush sprayed onto my jeans. It made the mile and 1/3 walk, in heavy snow and slush that much more of a special event.
