JujuFish Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 Does anyone know the Sabres record for most consecutive start wins? I see Biron has managed to get himself up to 9. That got me curious.
mphs mike Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 According to a quick websearch it is 14 by Tom Barasso in the 92-93 season. Someone with a Sabres yearbook may want to either confirm or contradict that info.
deluca67 Posted December 10, 2005 Report Posted December 10, 2005 The more imprssive strak is their Road Winning streak. The Sabres hold the record at 10 wins I think. They have four now with a good shot at it. I didn't check but I don't think they play the Sens before they would hit the record.
JujuFish Posted December 12, 2005 Author Report Posted December 12, 2005 Announcers just said that Biron's 10th consecutive win is a franchise record.

They do hold the regular season longest road winning streak at 10 ('83-'84). St. Louis (2000) and NJ (2001) tied the record.
