Guest FredD Posted July 23, 2005 Report Posted July 23, 2005 No matter the changes on and off the ice, the best orgamnizations win and that is why I am not optimistic Owner = Prove you put winning first. Keep your front office on a short leash Front Office = Prove you can pick and develop NHL talent (of this I am most doubtful) Coach = Prove you can coach to talent Players = Prove you can score. At a Minimum of $450K that is still real money. Prove you actually respect the game and your opponents It would be a lot easier to walk around with a small smile today, thinking, Hey Hockey played well is still a great sport, if or front office had not seem better suited to building for Calder Cup sucess in Rochester. IF we had a new coach. IF Larry Quinn was not involved. IF Golisano had more experience, so he could appraise the big picture more independently.
