deluca67 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 I know it's early in camp. But, there are a lot of young players headed to the ROC that should make that team something to watch. If they get any type of goaltending it may be a record year. ;)

inkman Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 ...and all Bob Mathews wants to talk about is not re-signing Chris Taylor. He questioned the direction of the franchise for not signing the classy vet. First off, since it is a dual affiliation, the Panthers have actually signed vets for Rochester. Secondly, as Deluca stated, the Amerks are going to be loaded this year. They may be a little young but the team will be talented. Third, Taylor was getting old. He still may have a year left in him, but dude is getting up there, and cutting ties early will be better than paying 150k to a player that may not produce at an allstar level anymore.
