When does training camp start?

Being that we are less than 2 weeks away from the 1st preseason game, you'd think that camp would begin soon.

 

I see the Penguins start Friday with their rookies (basically the whole team).

 

Would be nice to read a little more about the upcoming season on sabres.com instead of just fluff pieces like 10 greatest checks.

According to THN, camp opens on September 14. I remember reading that the rookies have to report on the 11th, but I don't remember where I read that.
