syr6987 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 when i try to go to the sabres website and try to get a mini pack of tickets it does not work for me. I get to the site fine and everything but when i click buy tickets or watever nothing works. Anyone else have this problem or could someone go to the site to see if buyin season or mini pack of tickets works for them
Taro T Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 I already have my tickets, so I didn't check their website. If you can't get through on the website, you could try calling them. Their "800" number is 888-GO-SABRES and the local number for the switchboard is 716-855-4100.

Forget the slug debate... we should all agree that the sabres.com sight is the pits.

BuffalOhio Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 Try a different web browser. Or clear your cache, perhaps.
TM8-PL16 Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 it's like beating a dead horse... but sabres.com is the WORST website ever, ok not ever but for what the fan wants quickly, it blows dog hard!!!
SCSabresFan! Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 it's like beating a dead horse... but sabres.com is the WORST website ever, ok not ever but for what the fan wants quickly, it blows dog hard!!! Yep. All done in Flash. Smart move marketing department. I tried buying the Jenerette highlight CD for my brother. I tried three browsers and two machines and came up empty handed. Being in the business I always say make it easy for your customers. Example - I installed vonage interent phones yesterday. Simple, easy and painless. Took me 15 minutes and I'm so thrilled I've told everyone about the phones and service. If only I could say the same for Sabres.com.
inkman Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 ...it blows dog hard!!! or perhaps it blows hard dog. it's like beating a dead horse... I love this
ReneRobert Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 or perhaps it blows hard dog. I love this Oh, I am happy to beat this horse... It is such a horrid site, and on top of that, when they send you emails, the "unsubscribe" link is dead. Nice tech work there, people.... way to build customer satisfaction.
