Boy the Salary Cap sure sucks for players hey?

McKee $4 per year over 4.

Redden $6.5 per year over 2.

 

The list goes on. The players cried and cried about having a salary cap and look at them still raking in the dough.

 

It's laughable really.

The salary cap will suck for those players who wait to long to make a decision and then end up with teams who have limited dollars left to spend.

hmm i think you have a point... but if theres no one left who's worth paying at all... then what are we really doing here... mckee is gone and teppo is in surgery... he'll make a recovery but how much longer can be play top line defense minutes... that leaves us with tallinder, lydman and campbell as our top 3... that just SCREAMS stanely cup defense... <_<

I agree the defense needs some bolstering, but our #3 defenseman is clearly Kalinin. Campbell is #4 for now, but I still feel he is best suited as a #5 or #6.
