mphs mike Posted October 21, 2005 Report Posted October 21, 2005 Kudos to Dish. I wish Time Warner cable (my current tv provider)would do the same - I'd wholeheartedly support the move.
Two or less Posted October 21, 2005 Report Posted October 21, 2005 Eff that. I have time warner! The more hockey the better....
Barnabov Posted October 21, 2005 Report Posted October 21, 2005 I just emailed this to OLN at the Feedback section of their web site and would encourage others to do the same if they agree. I also emailed a copy to the NHL on their web site "Feedback" section "I support DISH NETWORK's decision to yank OLN from its programming lineup. Your coverage of the NHL has been disgusting - denying us fans the opportunity to see a sport of which you are supposed to be the main TV broadcaster, in order to force a business decision, is inexcusable. I and thousands of other fans have expressed our extreme disappointment with OLN to the NHL and we expect them to cancel your contract at earliest opportunity! You have a very limited time to reverse your strong arm tactics and provide NHL game feeds to all viewers before you are written off permanently by hockey fans. While you are at it, try reading the message boards around the league - your broadcast quality also needs serious improvement!"
