You need to have a DVR unit and a computer.

Log into the wgr website and access the live stream.

Use your DVR to rewind a bit to where the audio synchs up with the action on the screen.

Sit back and enjoy Rick and Jim!!

It will take a bit of maintainence to keep it synched, but it works and it beats the OLN guys!
