So, the Tallinderless Sabres have an opponent to play tonight. Seems like Away Team has confirmation that their best player is done. He got his CT scan back and there wasn't enough progress to allow him to play.

Its O.K., He would have many more games to get back into game shape anyway. :)

There was no way he was going to be back. I think the media kinda blew it out of proportion. You can't do any kid of training when recovering from a neck/back injury like that. He would need around 2-3 months to get back in game shape, especially playoff game shape.
