PromoTheRobot Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 I have a DVR in my cable box that let's me pause live programming. I tune in Ric Jeneret on the NHL.com Radio, then pause the Center Ice long enough until Ric is in sync with the play. Hard to sync perfectly but I got close enough on the third try. PTR

BetweenThePipes00 Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 I am already driving my fiance nuts with the return of hockey ... I think if I cranked the volume on the computer while trying to sync it up with the TV I may end up divorced before I am married ... Then again, she does want TiVO ... maybe I can make it sound like her idea

Then again, she does want TiVO ... maybe I can make it sound like her idea  Here's your solution. Buy an FM transmitter, like the kind for iPods. Radio shack has one for $15. Plug it into the headphone jack of your computer speakers. Then wear a walkman radio while you watch the game. Problem solved. PTR
BetweenThePipes00 Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 like i said, still need to get the DVR ... i am so happy to have hockey back I can survive a bit longer without RJ ... christmas is coming ...
hopeleslyobvious Posted October 16, 2005 Report Posted October 16, 2005 I'm sure Center Ice will carry more MSG broadcasts. They had about half of the Empire broadcasts in 2003-04.
