Check Mil-Sher. I used to play over there. The rink is a dump and the games tend to run late, but it was decent overall.

 

I know that there are a few others out there as well, but don't know details. Your friend google could probably help. :P

I highly recommend the Buffalo Wings league that is played at the Amherst Pepsi Center.
