Players Playoff Salaries Question

I looked in the CBA and saw that each team gets a designated amount to make up for players salaries, however i thought i heard on WGR at some point over the past two weeks that only the winning team from each series gets paid for that series. While that doesn't sound correct, it sure sounds uber cool and makes the series mean more to the players (not that they should need more incentive, but i can imagine a $5000 bonus after winning a round being a reason to jump for joy a little bit higher). Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks.
