This late game is good. Sick of Vegas. Best em Minny

I get why all the hatred for Vegas but this is the way organization’s need to be run.

Being in the DC area i’m totally envious of the Caps situation.  Year after year they are in the playoffs and the local fans/media are totally into it.  It never gets old for these folks.

They have drafted well and their rebuild happened quickly, still not sold on them though!

They were gifted a great team, not a fan of that.

I guess if you pay a billion, that's what you get.

With that being said, they have been very saavy in their moves (and circumventing of the cap)

But still, F Eichel

Blues and Jets is a really hard hitting series. Lots of hard work.  Another level of intensity.

Buffalo should have let Eichel just get the procedure he wanted, not what the team wanted. His move to Vegas made him a much better player. We have great coaching in Vegas with Bruce Cassidy, John Stevens, and Dominique Ducharme, basically 3 head coaches.

It would not have made a difference at all. Jack could not wait to get out of this city and that was just a perfect excuse for him to do it.

nobody with championship pedigree is going to get near this organization if they have a choice.

Watching the playoffs.  Thinking about how I took this for granted for most of the Sabres first 40 years.

Now I’m older, the kids are raised, grandkids coming in, and the hockey team is dead.

ESPN totally gooched the Habs. As soon as they showed the graphic of OV's OT playoff count (45games, 0 GWGs) you just knew it was over. Unreal.

Ha, go Ovi, man looks possessed... Or hammered

Now I know why his controller looked disconnected the shift before. He was saving it.

Jeff Skinner with his first shift in the playoffs.  Good for him.

He is -1, after the first period.  1 SOG, 3 hits.

Yep. I don't get the Eichel hate.  The team / owner failed him not the other way around

If I’m McDavid I test the market after next season. He’s not gonna win in Edmonton. Their bottom six isn’t that good and they have Darnel Nurse making way too much money. Shaky goaltending in Skinner. They were a better team last year.

Jeff Skinner's play-off going as expected

8 minutes played and a minus 3

We will see if he can turn it around

Skinner has been Invisible, and I don’t seeing Edmonton beating Los Angeles. Los Angeles is a big solid team and they hustle.

McDavid is insane. What a finish, down 4-0 then tied up 5-5 with 1 minute to go to and kings score to win 6-5 in regulation.

2 OT games today as well. Can't wait for Florida/Tampa

Caps look waaaay too big and strong for the Habs.

Yup. That's how you build a hockey team, and that's how you can rebuild quickly on the fly. Lessons there. Consider all the trades and signings they have made and what type of players they have drafted. They do not sit and wait.

Crazy ending to L.A. Edmonton. That loss should demoralize Oilers after the comeback.
