If the media won’t pursue and reveal this, then what are we doing here?  The Sabres, Pegula, Adams, can’t have it both ways. They can’t stress how important this all is, how they need to get it right, how people need to want to be here, and then when they are questioned, after floundering epically, ask “why so angry?”.

IMPO I think Adams and Pegula have given off the air of "we're better than you" quite frequently when it comes to the Sabres and hockey. This board collectively would run the team better and probably discusses things in more detail than Adams and his buddies. Back to your point though, it is always hilarious when these pressers happen and Adams gives BS answers while talking about accountability. I will never forget his "coach search" presser with Lindy. Called him a liar then and stand by it now after we learned that his "process" was biased shenanigans.

I hate to see him go, but I love to see him walk away.

I would be curious if somebody can compare GMKA’s comments from last year’s season ending presser to this upcoming one.  What I am fishing for is to see how much this year’s comments will sound exactly like last year’s.  In other words, I am saying GMKA doesn’t need to have a presser this year…..all he has to do is replay last year’s.

It must be tough on a person to be the only one available for a job (because you listen to the boss). But to know you don’t have the skills or means to do the tasks, loathed for holding that position by your fans, being the very worst among your peers performance-wise, and not respected by said peers. That has to be exhausting.

430 on Easter Eve. I can't get over it. People have plastic eggs to dye and the Easter Bunny has to screw his mate and dry clean his costume. It's madness.

Surprised NHL allowed this time - could possibly overshadow the start of the playoffs.   Giving credit where credit is due what better time to hold the P.C. then when you’ll get the fewest possible people watching live?  Too obvious to hold it at 3AM.

He is a grown f*cking man making decisions. He’s not Terry’s literal child

This Terry meme has become a meme. My gosh. He interferes and he’s a complete idiot and he’s to blame. Yes. He’s not LITERALLY holding Adams’ hand

Adams is a man. Adams is a bad GM lol

*Adams* is CHOOSING to be the face of ruining the sabres. Do you get that? I hate him professionally

I blame him. I don’t just blame his employer.

I don’t like Adams either.  I wanted him fired long ago.  He is the face of Sabres failures. I don’t think we disagree at all. I just think you require a pound of flesh, I would prefer this weekends press conference be with TP discussing the termination of Adam’s.  Not grilling Howdy Doody about his failures.  Asking a moron what he did wrong doesn’t sound compelling to me.

Better hear a lot about unacceptable results tomorrow. I want NO pats on the back for 'well besides the 13 game winless streak we were solid' NO. NONE of that. I want strong, stern comments focused on WINNING and doing WHATEVER it takes to make the playoffs in 2026.

Or what?  You’ll complain about it more with other small weenied men?

The Wild are not a great hockey franchise. They bought out Parise and Suter and it was...wild. They purposefully took on $14M in dead cap! That's more than the EEE-imposed (or Adams- because he says he has all the resources he needs) spending limits the Sabres have set for themselves the past couple seasons.

But when the Wild bought out those two, did they say, "we give up!" and also trade away Kaprizov and Zuccarello, Brodin, Spurgeon, and Eriksson Ek, or heart-and-soul guys like Foligno? Did they jettison goaltending? No. They kept a good guy in Gustavsson and got a real backup like Fleury. (They didn't grab Anderson out of retirement and pair him with kids and AHLers. They didn't get rid of Eichel, Reinhart, Montour, Ullmark, etc.)

This has forced the Wild to shave their roster in a couple spots: MoJo? Bogo? Hartman is meh. But next year they'll get all that cap space back to fill out the roster, plus the rising cap.

In the 4 years they've dealt with that cap hell, they've made the playoffs three times. Again, not a contender, but they've got playoff revenue and an engaged fan base and they still have their superstar in Kaprizov. They're ready to rebuild this offseason. JJP would be an excellent offer sheet target for them (replacing UFA MoJo).

If you need to bring in hot dog size to a conversation, maybe its time to get the ruler out for yourself instead

I was including myself. I only cast two shadows below the waist.

So I guess that’s it, eh? This confirms Adams is back?

And, Ruff. And, Appert et al.

Beyond disappointed myself.

No change at the top portends no major roster changes likely.

Almost unbelievable given our performance this season.

smh.
