Love to see a stat that shows %of attempts are on goal and another that measures percentage of goals against the attempts. When you look at Tuch he has 17% shot percentage but the denominator is shots on goal. How many like this break away never get counted as a shot on goal b/c it’s wide. 1 Quote

Having Bryson, Clifton and Samuelsson 3 or your top 7 is criminal neg They're 3 of the top 7 whether Dahlin is in the lineup or not. And the other 4 are all first-round picks including #1 who will get Norris votes, a #1 who is still 22 years old, and a #4OA who has already won a Stanley Cup. The composition and age of the D-corps is an issue, but Bryson, Clifton, and Samuelsson could all be a part of a good corps if the big three were all age 26 and over. Quote

thewookie1 Posted Saturday at 05:39 PM Report Posted Saturday at 05:39 PM (edited) I know people hate Dunleavy but I have no issue with him on TV. He’s not great but not terrible. When radio only though he’s really bad; I can’t follow anything when on the radio. Part of this truly is being spoiled by most the team’s history broadcast history being done by legends Edited Saturday at 05:40 PM by thewookie1 Quote

With respect Bryson shouldn't be in the NHL, Samuelsson and Clifton are bottom pair plugs at best. You can have 1 but not 2 of them on your club and be expects to be a playoff team 4 Quote

Most new age announcers aren’t truly play by play guys but more or less narrators who occasionally trail off on tangents. Quote

Sadly these guys are in their 60’s and rather talk about life 40+ years ago than actually talk about the game Quote

Absent sickness or an unforeseen event, how does a young player with experience miss a team meeting? The writers and perhaps a few here know if Quinn is a screw up, a party boy, or just looking to get out. Will be surprised if he is still around next season. Quote
