If we expect other countries to keep their criminals from coming to our country we need to do the same. It’s also giving off a dystopian “Escape from L.A.” vibe.

Criminals also provide a means of getting information on bigger fish. Kind of hard to do when they’re in another country.

This administration has and continues to argue that once sent to El Salvador, there's nothing the courts or anyone can do. They're using El Salvador prisons as the new concentration camp so they can claim they are outside US control once you're there. They can take anyone and ship them off in the night with no due process.

But seriously, feel bad for you guys.   Not really sure why the markets in the rest of the world are panicking so much.   Glad Europe is taking a wait and see approach, but if these tariffs hold, we will just deal with Mexico , South America and Canada and bypass USA.

wtf , saw that here in the news 2 weeks ago, they just pick up random dude and put him on the plane ? 

They picked him up because he was from El Salvador originally. That's pretty much it and then they ignored his rights and shipped him to a supermax El Salvador mega prison known for its violence and abuse.

DOJ has no idea with Mr. Garcia is and is attempting to ignore a Supreme Court order (9-0) to return Mr. Garcia to the United States. This is a Constitutional crisis as the Trump admin tests the waters for simply ignoring a court order.

The Constitutional Crisis is officially here. When Trump officials are found in contempt of court and are shielded from that ruling by Trump, we will officially have reached crisis because if Trump can ignore court orders and the courts have no recourse through contempt, then the courts themselves are no longer a co-equal branch under the law.

These two statements conflict. First, suggesting a judge should offer proof of guilt is just insane when it comes to something like this. How would a judge, who is supposed to sit in judgement of evidence, provide evidence? It literally makes no sense. Second, you counter your own original argument by saying the "administration" meaning Trump, should have concrete evidence. So which is it? Once you change to the government, without any evidence, can send anyone it wants to a foreign prison at any time, we no longer have a country. We have a dictatorship.

This is some Nazi level logic here. "Either you are with us, or you support terrorism" is a hell of a statement from a country that literally has free speech as the very first amendment to the Constitution.

Key difference being that today it isn’t fear of foreign left wing ideologies like it was 100 years ago nor is it a fear of an imaginary extreme. Instead, this is far right fascist ideology being implemented in very real ways in real time right here by those sworn to protect and defend our Constitution. And it is a clear and present danger to all of us, whether we admit it or not. Whether we bury our heads in the sand or not. 

Fighting against it is our duty and it’s a cause worth dying for.
