Maybe not in this organization.  But successful organizations realize they have to take care of all stakeholders, especially fans that pay the salaries.

That’s right Adams I pay your salary!

To be fair, its not like their coaching hires have gone on to light up the league or do any better anywhere else in the league.......

So maybe the strength is their ability to find the worst coaching and front office personel? And their weakness is then hiring those guys.....

Before coming here, with a stacked roster that almost any coach could have won with

You mean except the coach that got fired mid season?

Having mediocre talent like Matt Ellis play and coach for the organization.

I am no fan of Matty as a coach but a being a good player does not translate into being a good coach in the NHL.

Looking at the top 4 winningest NHL  coaches.

#4 - Paul Maurice - no professional games after juniors

#3 - Barry Trotz - no professional games after juniors

#2 - Joel Quinnville - NHL 4th liner

#1 - Scotty Bowman - no professional games after juniors

I realize playing skill doesn’t translate to coaching ability. I was just trying to say that the organization has become the Matt Ellis of outfits.

Rocket Richard’s coaching career only lasted 2 games with the Nordiques of the WHA. He couldn’t believe how players didn’t have his passion for the game.

Physically weaker, polite players are not scorned here, but welcomed.

I think the key to success for the Sabres lies in Tage becoming a very talented GOON.  He needs to focus some anger and frustration on his opponents.

The entire team except for maybe Greenway, Clifford and perhaps Dahlin need to take hockey fighting lessons from Rayzor.

Sarcasm? Under no circumstances do I want Tage punching down to someone’s helmet or visor.

I don't mean fighting as such.  I mean using his size an actual physical asset.  Earn a spot on other teams' "Most Hated" lists.
