JustOutsideChicago Posted Monday at 11:29 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:29 PM Shot wide. Shot wide. Shot wide. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted Monday at 11:30 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:30 PM Yes; the Oilers skate faster than the Sabres. But they also pass faster. Recover faster. Take away space faster. None of it matters because Tage shoots harder. Quote

HumanSlinky39 Posted Monday at 11:35 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:35 PM (edited) God I hate espn+ Picture is garbage and the sound keeps dropping out. Every single game with this crap Edited Monday at 11:35 PM by HumanSlinky39 Quote

Every single game with this crap I was going to post about the sound. The commercials sound fine, but the broadcast is very 'tinny', like way too much treble? Anyone esle have that issue? Also, the video seems to be a bit behind the broadcast. I'll hear "Quinn takes a shot" and then see him take the shot 1/2 second AFTER they said he took it. Quote

The app is just garbage. Par for the course with the "world wide leader." Quote

I think the longest streak this entire season he went without scoring a goal was 5 games, and that was about the time he was playing through his arm-wrist injury. Quote
HumanSlinky39 Posted Monday at 11:41 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:41 PM Post again for the Oilers...that's a hat trick Quote

Or, if you want to be positive, you can say UPL is playing the shots SO PERFECTLY that is all he is giving them is the post. Quote
HOUSE Posted Monday at 11:43 PM Author Report Posted Monday at 11:43 PM (edited) "The Sabres have a lot of luck with the post" Ok Edited Monday at 11:43 PM by HOUSE Quote
mjd1001 Posted Monday at 11:45 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:45 PM (edited) 1st period, no penalties so its all 5 on 5. A few things surprising with ice time: -Benson with 5:20 (on pace for 16 minutes). He has only been getting 10-12 minutes per game lately -Quinn with 5:53 (on pace for almost 18 minutes). He's been in teh 13-15 minute range usually. -4th line (Malenstyn, Lafferty) with only 4 shifts and about 2.5 minutes (on pace for 7.5 for the game) Oilers with 6 blocked shots. Sabres haven't been credited for blocking a single one yet. Edited Monday at 11:47 PM by mjd1001 Quote
HumanSlinky39 Posted Monday at 11:46 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:46 PM Oilers are a great 2nd period team. Let's see if they can maybe not completely implode. Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted Monday at 11:47 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:47 PM What's the score for us poor losers who don't have that tv station thing? 1 Quote
mjd1001 Posted Monday at 11:48 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:48 PM When you watch the replay of Tage's goal....it is impressive for him that basically he got off 2 shots himself where it was basically a 1 on 4. Of course, the 2 Edmonton D-men didn't look like they had any idea what to do on coverage. 1 minute ago, bob_sauve28 said: What's the score for us poor losers who don't have that tv station thing? 1-0. NHL.com is pretty good with putting up replays of the goals just a couple minutes after they happen if you can't watch live. 2 Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted Monday at 11:50 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:50 PM Oh wow, we scored a goal and are winning Quote
Huckleberry Posted Monday at 11:51 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:51 PM Wish I could watch a bit, but all my streams died on me lately 🙂 Quote
