Leave it to Ferraro to say the obvious.  The team has no stones and don't stand up for each other.  Criticizing Couzens for not stepping in for Dahlin is right. Never hear that on MSG.

I think Rosen will not be as good of a scorer as Peterka, but he may eventually have a better all-around game.

Too bad you cannnot do this like you could in the NHL video game from about a decade ago.  Put Quinn, Peterka, and Cozens up for trade and just get the results of the best offers out there for you to select and execute.

There is no redeeming quality for Cozens to be on this team. OK, maybe he puts in some effort skating hard, but he needs to be off this team. Seriously.

This suggests to me that JJP has indicated to GMKA that he is not willing to sign a long term deal....maybe not any deal???

It looks like he wants out.  If not at the deadline,it will be the off season.

There is a pretty big cry for the team to get 'older'.  If they do Trade Peterka, I just hope its not for a player who is a vet who may be somewhat better currently, but is on the downside of his career and likely to fade within a year or two.

I guess, I am not in that category so I can't dispute it.

But most of these guys, especially the europeans, don't say where they play in the offseason. During the season, you are probably in your 'home city' only half the time. And of that time when you are there, your free time is probabaly only half of that.

So, maybe it is Buffalo, but if he was getting paid and the team was winning, I don't think it would be nearly a problem.

I still believe that he got pi$$ed at GMKA for not having his back last season when he said the team got "bullied".  GMKA said something which fairly strongly disagreed with Cozens and I wonder if he hasn't given a $hit since then.  I actually agree with Cozen's sentiment and still do.

It would be a bridge deal most likely, but this Top 6 desperately needs a shake up I would consider moving Cozens and Quinn as well
