I laugh when I hear well give it time... it doesnt happen over night.... etc... reality is uhm... the dredges of the league have been playoff teams and cup winners... fallen into disrepair, rebuilt their teams to out pace you... in the time it has take you to get to the same place you have been over the past 14 years... you now dont need to await the down fall of the top teams you have to compete with the up and coming teams that are going to start to rule the roost and you are no where near where they are at... so zero credibility is nice... I go with literally hopeless despair... and that is if you get rid of Adams... if you do and bring in the right people... you may peek over the top of hopeless despair... but 1% credibility is years away... the levels of ineptitude and mismanagement in this organization are so profound I simply have not seen their equal...
