Damn, a screen goal

Seeing eye puck is what I call that. But we can all admit nobody should be booing anyone’s National Anthem. We all love this sport and no sports should be politically driven.

They should watch Fox and Newsmax instead right?

People can draw their own conclusions from whatever network they watch.

As a newbie here on this board, can I please ask to stop the political posts.

The players, fans, anthem singers have nothing to do with the leaders of their countries.

Let's enjoy some old time hockey!

It's rare that such highly paid athletes play in exhibitions with such passion as we've seen between these two.

Off my soap box. Let's go USA!

Sad to hear about McAvoy.   My respect for him as a player went way up because of this series.  He was a big key in the win against Canada

Sounds like the Bruins were pissed at how the Minnesota Wild doctors handled it. Wgr talked about it this morning.

My biggest thing with the US is how quiet Kyle Connor and Matthews have been.

Well Conner got scratched and Matthews was hurt last game for starters 😉

I watch sports because it’s a nice distraction from the world we live in, especially politics. Why does that stuff always have to come into it?

I just want to see these teams beat up on each other

Can I draw my own conclusion from Trump repeatedly saying "51st state" and members of his administration repeating it? Can I draw my conclusions from his own words, which he said today?

I don’t talk politics here, but I can’t believe he said it again.  I saw coverage on tv and quickly said this to my wife, “I really hope he doesn’t say uhhhggnn, never mind …”.

Nah, I just think the Bruins didn't like it. Probably feel their Dr's would have caught the infection earlier. McAvoy ended up in the hospital.

You know what? When your President is threatening to aggressively take over my country, the country I love, you're going to get booed. That's the reality. I'll step off the soapbox now.

Trump’s press secretary kept up the rhetoric today when she said, ‘The White House looks “forward to the United States beating our soon-to-be 51st state, Canada”.’  But Canada should be respectful. 🙄
