Sadly, I called this back on page two of this thread. What a shame that they gave the kids false hope with the first two goals and then reverted back to their old ways. It's impossible to buy into this team.

They were something like 53-1-4 when leading after 2 periods over those 2 years. I've posted the numbers prior in other threads.

Essentially, if they took a lead into the 3rd period they almost always won in regulation. It wasn't always pretty but they almost always got it done.
