The most terrifying thing for me is Pegula to give Adams the green light to make trades. I would rather them do nothing then allow Adams to start bumbling through some trades

If the plan is to have him retire from coaching to move upstairs into some form of POHO role, then why wait? Let him get started on evaluating Appert (because it will be him) in the interim and then start the search for the next guy. Pegula is paying Ruff for this season and next either way.
