I thought it was funny, and perfectly timed, that the Hawks scored just as they were wrapping up talking about how to properly build a roster and that we hadn't.

and seriously, they did change the goalie. Not sure why that messes with the Sabres but they need to shed that monkey. Buffalo has to get a more physical lineup, you can see what would happen if and when they ever make the playoffs.

I, and I presume many others on this board, are enjoying a lead in this game regardless of the team's chances for making the playoffs, regardless of the quality of the opponent. I still want Kevyn Adams fired and Terry Pegula to get some real hockey people to run the operation.

If your only goal is to pile on in a frustrating season, well, mission accomplished. It's been covered ad nauseum for weeks and weeks and weeks.

Believe me, as a Sabres fan since the 70's (yup, I'm old) with closets full of Sabres gear, I remember when this team used to be the model of what a smaller market hockey club could be, and when Leaf fans were envious of what the team " down the highway" was capable of. It is nothing but a laughing stock under this current ownership group and an embarrassment of a professional sports team. It pisses me off big time. Everyone should be piling on as an entire generation of kids will have zero interest in this club. I could be apathetic if that suits you better. Players do not want to come here, that is a hard truth now, the part about many having Buffalo on their no movement list is now a very sad reality.
