I still maintain it’s rooted firmly in player personnel / scouting. They even mentioned in the presser how we don’t have many people doing it and don’t allocate the same resources as other teams. 
 

Whoever has been running the show with this isn’t finding winners, they’re finding talent. Not always the same thing. Great teams find both. We absolutely have no idea how to identify winners especially through the draft. 
 

All of our young guys other than benson are soft and are ultimately losers. We need to draft players who cannot tolerate losing.
