Barring an unforeseen run by this team, I think this is likely.

On the bright side, at least we got some goals from Quinn today.  Maybe he will gain some momentum and start looking like the player everyone expected him to this year

Not even close it's gonna get way worse I think wait till the players completely give up Pegula does nothing and the rest of the NHL starts to get nasty positioning for the playoffs

The difference is this year Adams talked about being all in on the playoffs and no excuses.

There is no room for his “young team, growing pains, it’s a process” garbage.

This is what he put together thinking it was a playoff team.

Lindy looks like he is hoping for a mercy kill at this point.

He was a dead man walking at the end of last season.  Everyone in the league except Pegula recognized it.

Exactly. Adams is unlikely to go anywhere except up the hierarchy. Pegula is too distracted by the Bills’ prosperity to worry about a pathetic little hockey team.
