I watched the Oilers-Lightning game last night, it's amazing how much faster and crisp the Oilers are on offense than the Sabres It's like they're playing a different sport.

Slow and soft is not a good combination for a professional hockey team.  Maybe the Sabres should take up ballroom dancing instead.

We have so many guys due to score.  Tuch, McLeod, Peterka, Greenway, Benson …

Greenway with 1 goal in his last 13 games played.

Benson with 1 in his last 12

Peterka with 1 in his last 13

McLeod with 0 in his last 11

Tuch with 1 in his last 8.

Cozens with 1 in his last 6.  Not as bad as the rest, but you expect more with what he is getting paid and the ice time/PP time he gets.

No matter the game situation the Sabres find ways to not win. 4 goal lead, lose 5-4. Score 5, lose 6-5

score 2, lose by one. Score none, lose by one. Amazing how they find a way.

But Kevyn didn’t think we needed another top 6 forward…even with Skinner gone.

I never suggested such.  I asked someone else why they believe he will be traded.  Pay attention before jumping in.

"Where is he going?    He has 7 years on $8.35M.  Who takes that?"

That statement suggests Power hasn't played to that contract and his 1st over all status means nothing.

Every other Team would go for Power and that contract if Sabres offered him up. He has had string of bad games but so has the Team. He is 22 years old and shouldn't have to CARRY the Team.

Players out there making $14 mil a game, Power's is not unreasonable for mid to back end of that contract. Leader in playing time with Dahlin too.

Sabres missed the net 17 times tonight?

Nonchalant shooters.

Bad angles. Tiny windows.

Poor coaching.

Poor practice.

Poor execution.

So I am calling the right guys.
