mjd1001 Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM Report Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM With that goal, for the moment, Krebs ties Cozens in goals and points. He does it in one less game. He does it in 35% less ice time. He does it shooting almost 4 TIMES the shooting percentage of Cozens. He does it making 80% less of a cap hit. He does it with 'lesser talented' line-mates He does it with a better Plus minus. He does it as the best on the team in faceoffs. Its not to say he should take Cozens place on a higher line. Its to say Cozens really needs to start contributing (captain obvious, I know) 1 1 Quote

Maybe even stat wise too. It puts him on a pace for about 12 goals and 25 points. Good for a 4th liner. Acceptable but not great production for a 3rd liner. Quote
CallawaySabres Posted yesterday at 01:37 AM Report Posted yesterday at 01:37 AM They really need to cut out the crappy passing as they try to get rid of the puck too quickly. Do that, stay out of the box and they will win. 1 Quote

Just imagine those two really rolling… I think it is just a matter of time. Cozens to find his confidence again, and Quinn to remember how friggin good he is—both mentally and his body. Those weren’t small injuries. Having to be patient sucks rn, but I think it’s needed. Let’s just hope they come back to form this season. Quote

Its to say Cozens really needs to start contributing (captain obvious, I know) Cozens has been having difficulties with anything resembling consistency for a long long time now. If he hasn't found his game by trade deadline, ya, I'm putting him on the block. Adams? Probably not. But if the goal is to get better, to be a regular for playoffs, Cozens is expendable if he can't figure it out. Just my 2 pennies on it is all. Quote
