HumanSlinky39 Posted yesterday at 05:48 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:48 AM DIdn't play very well for a lot of the game and still got the 2 pts after falling behind 2-0. These are the kinds of games you need to win to get into the postseason and the kind of games we've lost the past couple of seasons. Keep this going, don't backslide again. San Jose is terrible. Need to win that one, too. 2 Quote
PerreaultForever Posted yesterday at 05:48 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:48 AM Pretty even game really between pretty equal teams but we came out on top so that's all that matters. It was mostly garbage hockey but Sabres were slightly better in the second half. It annoys me that our smallest players have to be the stand up guys because our big players are such pussies but hey, at least we have somebody. Quinn is playing slightly better. Cozens not so much. Win's a win. Time to sweep with a win in San Jose. 1 1 Quote

Kid is so good. Just does every little right consistently. I'd love to see more offense from him since he definitely has the skill, but I guess the fact he is the best 2 way player on the team already at 19 will have to be enough 1 1 Quote

Sabres73 Posted yesterday at 05:50 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:50 AM (edited) After several attempts, this is the first time we’ve been above .500 all season. Let’s keep it that way now. Edited yesterday at 05:51 AM by Sabres73 Quote

I thought he'd be another bargain basement fail but that couldn't be further from the truth. We getting veteran leadership plus an effective middle 6 player. 1 Quote

Stads Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM They changed Tuch's goal to unassisted. How in the hell is that possible? Quote
Crusader1969 Posted yesterday at 05:54 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:54 AM Obviously the 2 points was the most important take away from the game BUT, Quinn finally looking like himself is super important for this teams playoff drive. So good to see him resemble the player we saw (when healthy) over the last couple of seasons. Also, has Kulich done enough to stay in the lineup even once Tage returns?? could he take a centre spot away from Cozens and push Dylan to the wing? 1 1 Quote

Dahlin seems to have shaken off whatever injury he was dealing with. He’s driven the play a lot more the last couple games than he had before. It’s a good sign. Quote

thewookie1 Posted yesterday at 05:56 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:56 AM Biron just suggested moving Cozens to wing for Kulich since he's liked what he has seen from Kulich at center. 1 Quote
