SwampD Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Finally, a game tonight. Once again, I almost forgot there was a hockey season going on. Will anyone step up and fill the void left by Tage? Will anyone step up and fill the void left by Kevyn? Will anyone step up and show us any inkling of having any sort of identity? I'll most likely be watching this one tomorrow, with my morning coffee. C'mon, Sabres! Scrub the stains out of your breezers from last game. LFG!!!! Quote

Porous Five Hole Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago On WGR this morning, they said both Tage & UPL are expected back for tonight. Quote

Thorner Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Feel like the Sabres gain the most ground when they don’t play: …unlike last year, the playoff cut off line might not even require a mostly mediocre team, it might actually settle for “just be a bit less bad”. A team or teams may heat up, but at least as of now, you only need to be bad -but not terrible- to find yourself in the spot right now. I think all 3 carrion teams GM’s (detroit, Ottawa, buffalo) should be on hot seats correspondingly hotter because of this fact Quote

Oh, right. Quote
LTS Posted 22 minutes ago Report Posted 22 minutes ago Fortuitous west coast trip... this will help get me accustomed to late nights culminating in the F1 race in Vegas this weekend which will kick off at the wonderful time of 1am ET. Hopefully the Sabres win... it would be nice to feel good again about them, if only for a few games. Quote
