Republicans have the Presidency, Congress and the House.

What are you hoping they will accomplish over the next four years that will make you happy?

4 years? They won't control congress in 2.

Also they wont accomplish anything other than tanking the economy and hurting federal programs that don't directly feed their coffers. They'll probably try for a national abortion ban, prayer in school, and give more tax cuts to the rich. They'll probably seek to attack or hurt blue states as much as possible too. Trump has stated that multiple times.

They won't do ***** to help me and I'm not ***** dumb enough to think otherwise.

What do you hope the accomplish? Be honest.

I’m optimistic. Almost like what can be unburdened by what has been.

😁

We elected a felon to office. Definitely unburdened but what had been. Republicans are the party of personal deflectability. Just look at how they're trying to bury an ethics report that MattGaetz sex trafficked a child. Anything to protect their own. Party over country. Gonna be fun when things one after the other implode.

Here you go sparky.

No child of mine will be forced indoctrinated into whatever this is. The Bible is a book, it isn't law and it won't be my law. Hope you check this thread a lot Hank, because I'm just warming the ***** up.

Thanks snowflake. I know you're struggling to see past the burning white hatred of a thousand orange sun's, but perhaps one day, you know, in the process of regurgitating the opinions of people you identify with and follow, you might answer the question in the very short OP? Even for someone like you, there must be something you'd like to see Trump accomplish that would make you happy.

Answer the OP yourself. We're waiting.

I just don't want my taxes to go up.

They did the last time he was president.

And enough with the snowflake comment. Nobody has been whining more than the right lately and we in the middle think it's all pathetic.

Me calling him a snowflake was in response to him calling me sparky. Maybe enough with insults in general?

I'm hoping mortgage rates will come back down to under 4%  I have my eye on a small house in Tonawanda I want to use in the summers and rent as an air bnb the rest of the year.

Speaking of taxes; my escrow went up over $200/mo this year. My son's escrow went up over $600/mo. We're aligned on the tax issue.

Which of his 6 bankruptcies point to him even being able to read a balance sheet? The only way to get a country out of bankruptcy is to go to war.

Without a change by congress or the president, the tax cuts from 2017 will expire in 2025.

Interest rates won’t get below 4% until the Fed is convinced inflation is fully under control and they lower the lending rates to the banks who will then lower their lending rates to consumers. And the president and congress don’t control what the Fed does. So in short, Trump and Co. won’t do anything to lower rates because they can’t.

Woooo slow down, don't get "in the process of regurgitating the opinions of people you identify with and follow" aka be a sheep with such rational and obvious thoughts. You have to be bold, claim Trump is jesus returned and will lift all his faithful followers up to new heights of riches and wealth. He can just abolish the Fed and use bitcoin for everything. Then he can declare himself king and set interest rates at whatever he wants.

Gotta end the Ukraine war. Slowly progressing the wrong way.

Agreed.  With the condition that it ends with Russia not keeping Ukrainian land.  Rewarding them will only embolden them and others.

Putin won't let it end until he has taken all of the Ukraine. It's why he was so happy when Trump won b.c he thinks Trump will give it all to him... he might be right.

It's funny b.c Putin tricked Republicans into thinking he like Biden to get them to vote against. The day after he congratulates Trump saying how Russia now has a bright future. Things like that make me laugh.

Those are the little things that most people don't see or refuse to see.

Maybe you guys don't remember because I don't post here much, but I don't like Trump either. I hated him less than Hillary eight years ago, but I've always said there were at least a half dozen Republicans I wish had won the primary over him and there were that many Democrats I would have voted for, Hillary just wasn't one of them.

Almost a coherent thought. Nonsensical hyperbole, but Almost! GOOD JOB!!

Lol, what do you hope trump does again? Cuz you clearly don't have a faintest idea how the Fed works or why interest rates are what they are?
