Stoner Posted November 12 Report Posted November 12 (edited) I rushed through the last two seasons to see how the Sabres have fared when playing the day after a Bills game. I have them at 2-5, tho I have a low level of confidence in my work. At this point it's a hypothesis. The Sabres struggle when playing the day after a Bills game. Does anyone want to grab the baton from me? We could go back any number of years. Edited November 12 by Stoner Quote

They have done the same once those football seasons ended as well. 1 1 Quote

Getpucksdeep Posted November 12 Report Posted November 12 Is the hypothesis that they are hungover or depressed or both? Quote

What usually holds true is that if the Sabres win the last game before the Bills play the Bills win and if they lose they tend to have a higher chance of losing or struggling. Believe both of the Bills losses this year have come after previous losses that weekend by the Sabres. Quote
