Popular Post SwampD Posted Monday at 10:41 AM Popular Post Report Posted Monday at 10:41 AM Will they make it four? Last game they didn't play their best and still won. That hadn't happened in a very long time. Win it for Claude. LFG! 14 Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted Monday at 11:23 AM Report Posted Monday at 11:23 AM Looks like the Habs are last in the east with just four wins and ten points. They have 39GF and 62GA compared to the Sabres’ 50GF and 46GA. Better keep an eye out for Arber alphabet (Xhekaj). With a very sub .900 SV% the Sabres need to pepper their goalie. Do not make him look like the next Vezina winner with only 10 shots after two periods. None of their D core look like household names and just about every player has +/- below bedrock. Do what you did against NYR and pick up the two points. A win today makes us 8-7-1. I believe that’s a Deluca .500. Could be wrong. 1 Quote
Popular Post #freejame Posted Monday at 11:23 AM Popular Post Report Posted Monday at 11:23 AM My dad is taking me to the game today for Veterans Day. Shoutout to the rest of the guys on here who served. Time for a big win. It will likely be a strong showing from the Habs fans. Gotta shut them up early. 11 2 Quote

French Collection Posted Monday at 12:42 PM Report Posted Monday at 12:42 PM Keep them focused Lindy, they had a bad habit of playing crappy vs bottom feeders. 1 2 Quote
Mustache of God Posted Monday at 01:11 PM Report Posted Monday at 01:11 PM This is a game the Don Granato Sabres would always lose. Beat a few good teams and then play against a basement dweller, a win would help propel them in the standings only to come out completely flat. Let's see if Ruff can keep them going. When's the last time this team won 4 in a row? 3 Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted Monday at 01:12 PM Report Posted Monday at 01:12 PM I was wondering why they have a Monday at noon game... Was like WTF... Then I realized it's veterans day. And I'm a veteran.. Shame on me Go sabres 1 4 Quote
Idemo Buffalo Posted Monday at 01:29 PM Report Posted Monday at 01:29 PM Important game today. Team started 1-5 and has a chance to be over .500 for the first time this year. Real good chance this team could be over .500 the rest of the year. 2 Quote

Demoted Posted Monday at 01:57 PM Report Posted Monday at 01:57 PM It's crazy how huge this game is already. Not even huge for any other reason than to see how they handle a low tier team and how aggressive they keep playing. Quote

It was a cool gig, if not a bit dangerous. Hence why I still do diving trips now. Much nicer with a go pro and filming cool marine life instead if disarming bombs in the gulf 🙃 4 Quote
inkman Posted Monday at 02:27 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:27 PM Since 80% of the country is working today, why schedule a matinee? Quote

When's the last time this team won 4 in a row? Agree. This should be a game that we roll over the Habs. You just don't overlook any team, and you come out fast and ready. We did not win 4 in a row all of last season, we reached 3 in a row twice, and that was later in the season to boot. Given all the learning and growing that this team needed (and still needs), we can be happy to be at "Deluca" .500 after 16 games, but no way satisfied with it. This team can be good, if they want it. Quote

Are the public schools off in NYS or WNY? When I was a kid in the 60's, I went to a Catholic School, we had holidays on days like Columbus Day, Veterans Day, and Presidents Day. Happy Veterans Day to all our Veterans out there. Thank you for your service. Quote

My suspicion is they knew there would be more than enough Canadians off today to justify a matinee. Resale prices have actually gone up a bit recently, so expecting a better crowd in terms of capacity. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted Monday at 02:53 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:53 PM I took a look on secondary markets, cheapest tix for today were around 40 each for uppers, without fees. It appears the days of 7$ tickets are in pause until we collapse again 😜 1 Quote
