E Johnson was willing for the first month or so, but his body was not able to at that point. They finally found someone who is both willing and able. 

It also helps to have new blood across the bottom 6 to lead by example. It’s not all on Zucker to be a savior.

Yes.  EJ tried but had nothing left.  

Hall and Stahl were not helpful.
