I am open to an add to the top six, but not at the cost of our current NHL D Depth. We’ve got loads of first round pedigree prospects that a rebuilding team could desire. It’s a long season. Injuries are going to happen. If the Sabres stay healthy, then Henri at the deadline to get something for a UFA departing asset. 2 1 Quote

Unless we get a defenseman back I would not weaken the group of 8 defenseman that we have. I prefer they trade forwards and/or forward prospects to improve the Top 6. 2 Quote
JujuFish Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 After the start of the season where they scored 3 goals in 3 games, they've been averaging 4.0 per game, which would put them in the top 5 in the league. 1 Quote
North Buffalo Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 Just need Helenius to be given a shot... maybe not ready but if Quinn and Cozens dont get their mojo back... maybe have one sit for a game or 2 and let Helenius get some experience. 1 Quote

Let him cook in ROC. He just started to get on a bit of a roll down here. Quote

I don't agree at all. Helenius needs to stay in Rochester and improve his game. He's not Benson and he's not yet adapted to NA. Quote

You are being too impatient with Quinn and Cozens. Since Benson returned to the line those players, and the line, have played better. From what I have recently scene, Cozens is playing better but simply isn't converting his chances. 1 Quote

Nope. Don’t rush Helenius. We need to stop throwing kids to the wolves. Quote

Sabres are already way too patient with Quinn. I simply don't see how you say you are setting a standard and having accountability and then he's still in the line up. He needs a big sit down. Power could use a sit down too. Both Quinn and Power strike me as guys more concerned with messing up their hair than breaking a sweat. Quote
