Kuemper outplayed Luukkonnen

Dahlin was horrendous

Thompson and Cozens had nice games if you don't count the inability to finish.

Kopitar on pace for 246 goals, out played everyone in a blue jersey... and he's 37!

I love what Pegula did for Buffalo in buying the Bills.  However, there is just no denying that the Sabres have been a train wreck since Pegula purchased our favorite hockey team.

Not sure if the Bills will ever put it all together to win it all. Von Miller - why? He’s old and over payed.

The 2025 draft is really fun in the top 10.

It’s not fun at all in a Sabres relative sense. Just fun in terms of the draft being fun in general if you love hockey. It doesn’t become more interesting with the sabres getting a higher pick anymore because high picks don’t translate to wins for this team. There’s no more consolation

Oh yea who has room for a 30g scorer.

Checks notes... the Edmonton Oilers, that's who.

Checks notes. He was no  longer a 30 goal scorer

If he gets back there this year , it's solely from playing with one of the top 5C in the league.

not to mention all his other baggage

A veteran like he is, wearing the C, gets one handed stick lifted on a key puck retrieval in the 3rd period of a tie game.

Absolutely cannot happen.

He deserves a stern talking to.

lol he paced for 27 goals over 82 last year and that’s after we made him the scapegoat for our issues in the latter half

fine, we had “no room for a 27 goal scorer”. What an arbitrary hill to die on.

Skinner was a pretty good player. We cut him and replaced him with nothing. That’s not arguably a good strategy. It’s inarguably a bad one

The guy who scored 30+ in 2 of the last 3 seasons isn't a 30g scorer?

This will be Dahlins final season in Buffalo, book it

I would agree but they will pull some mid to late season “run” and still miss the playoffs. People/players will have hope for next year. They will say Lindy had to get the DG out of them.

KA’s ego won’t allow him to move in from Tuch, TT, and Cozens.

If Lindy were to make a statement, sitting Dahlin for a shift would be a good start.

But… they didn’t replace his production and use the freed salary space. That’s where it gets insane. They will have to eat the backside of that buyout after that.

That's a different discussion  and a valid one to have issue with     Personally I'd prefer a top 4 RHD over a top 6 winger   With that money that MUST be spent this year

Why  top 4 d? JJP will score, I also think  Kulich will be permanently in the top 6 soon

As for skinner.   prefer JJP on the top line than skinner  and I prefer Benson on line 2  over Skinner

so where exactly are you playing him?

One game changing bad:lazy play. He also was a non factor the rest of the game. Byrum and Power, even Clifton, played better

Benson played well, Kulich looked like he belonged. I didn’t notice Quinn at all.

refs should be held accountable for their lack of calls and bad calls. Maybe they are? They were horrible
