pastajoe Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Are the Devils the home team, or did the Sabres give up 2 home games in Buffalo? Quote
WhenWillItEnd66 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Nice thing about msg app is i can cast to my tv.... that's a good thing 1 minute ago, pastajoe said: Are the Devils the home team, or did the Sabres give up 2 home games in Buffalo? Devils are home this game Quote
DarthEbriate Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Just now, pastajoe said: Are the Devils the home team, or did the Sabres give up 2 home games in Buffalo? Each team lost one home game. The Sabres are on the road today. But, if you look at the Sabres’ schedule on ESPN, both games are listed as vs. NJ, which would lead you to conclude that they gave up two home games. Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 I thought Benson and Cozens were the two best forwards yesterday, but ok Glad to see Jake Allen Quote

D) Lindy believes the issue is in the top six, wants to let Kulich have a chance in his home country to see if he has a spark (plus he’s rested), and Benson is the low man on the totem pole in the aforementioned top six. Lindy doesn’t want to bump Benson down to the bottom six. Ergo, Benson sits and Krebs slots in (Krebs also being fresh). I don’t agree with it. I’d sit one of Thompson or Cozens, start the rookie, and let that be the kick in the dupa the top six deserves. But Lindy also has to manage personalities and I guess he believes mixing up the top six sends a message regardless. Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Wasn't this supposed to be a "home & home" series? Why are we wearing road whites twice? Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Those skates up in the air! Funny, the look better today already, not so nervous Quote

RochesterExpat Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Levi did an excellent job laterally there staying with Hughes. 1 Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Two passes to Tuch along the wall and he can’t control it. Second leads to a Devils scoring chance. Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 3rd and 4th lines creating pressure, not top lines Quote
ExWNYer Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Didn't have the opportunity to check into the GDT yesterday. Hoping today makes a difference in their play. 😁 Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 It feels like NJD are playing "man-to-man" defense. Just now, Bangarang said: Devils look to be controlling things again Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 See how Byram made the short lateral pass on the breakout. He didn’t just bank it off the boards like everyone else has been. Quote
Bangarang Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Tuch put as much effort into that fight as he does on the ice 1 Quote
